Staff & Capabilities

Task-level capability matrix — check off what each person can do, and it drives the scheduler. Update as they learn.

Today's Board

Departures-board style — what needs to happen today, by category. No names, just tasks. Tap to check off, print for clipboards.

Standing Tasks

Recurring non-recipe tasks with time windows — the scheduler places each within its window using priority and idle-gap logic

Task Library

P1 Critical / P2 High — scheduled as early as possible in window  ·  P3 Normal — fills idle gaps, first half of window  ·  P4 Fill-in — opportunistic, any idle gap in window

Add New Task
How windows work
P1–P2 tasks are placed as early as possible within the window — don't wait for idle time.
🔍 P3 tasks hunt for idle gaps in the first half of the window, then earliest available after.
💤 P4 tasks fill any idle gap anywhere in the window.
⚠ If no slot is found before the window closes, the task is flagged on the schedule for manual reassignment.

Today's Schedule

Optimized task assignments — parallel work during wait times, right person for each task
